European Fares are divided into 2 sections
as shown above. The fare in each of the Sections is the same
regardless of city of origin, as long as it is on the KLM
network.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
THE AIRLINE
KLM flies into Kilimanjaro International
Airport and Dar es Salaam International Airport daily, and
code shares with Northwest and Kenya Airways. In most cases you
will be flying via Amsterdam.
THE FARE

Fares may change at no or short notice.

The exact fare for your desired route will be given to
you before we confirm your booking, for your approval. On
occasions booking classes for the above fares may be full,
in which case we may be able to waitlist you, or confirm you
at the next higher fare level depending on the route, month
of travel and airline.

All fares are for Economy Class travel and require a 7
day minimum stay and 3 month maximum validity.

Airport taxes shown above are approximate and are subject
to variation depending on taxes imposed by different
countries and states. Exact amount will be given to you at
time of booking.
ISSUING OF
TICKETS
Tickets will be issued 25 days before date
of travel and will be sent to you by Courier to any major city
in North American or Europe at no extra cost, as long as they
are listed above. Other cities may incur a small
charge
STOPOVERS
Not Permitted
CHILDREN
Under 12 years pay 75% on North American
Fares, and 67% on European Fares
PENALTIES
One change free, subsequent changes cost
between $50 - $125 per ticket per change. In all cases Ticket
will have to be sent back to us for re-issue and all costs of
courier will be met by the passenger. Please check with us for
further details.
REFUNDS
Complete Refund: $35 by airline + $50
administration fee
Partly used ticket: No Refund
