Kirurumu
Tented Lodge |
A luxury tented lodge built on
the Gregorian Escarpment of the Great Rift
Valley. Set in this stunning location, it
overlooks a spectacular panorama across Lake
Manyara to Mount Losimongori and miles of
seemingly untouched Africa. Kirurumu is
sympathetically and unobtrusively built of local
materials, inspired by the nearby traditional
Mbulu (Iraqw) tribal dwellings.

The well spaced tents
are private and secluded, each raised on a base
of natural stone. Bedrooms are comfortable with
twin or double beds with duvets. The modern
en-suite bathrooms have hot and cold water and
flush toilets. | |

blend of intimacy and romance, offering privacy
and exclusivity in cool, leafy surrounds. Each

discreetly tucked away in the forest. The tree
houses have been crafted from local timber and
makuti (palm fronds) and feature large open
decks and spacious rooms with large windows to
invite the flourishing forest into the luxurious
elegance of each room. |
