Location:
Situated on the beach front of Anse Reunion, on a peaceful and exotic tropical garden of coconut palms.
It is the main hotel on La Digue Island and it is built with local timber.

Accommodation:
Comprises of 60 rooms in different styles from Junior suites and a frame cottage junior suites and a frame cottages to roundavel chalets and the restorted colonial yellow house offer the best accommodation on the Island.
Consists of 4 category of rooms with twin bed and double bed equipped with: shower and bath, air conditioning, fan, minibar, hair-dryer, IDD telephone, In house video, music channel, shaver unit, tea/coffee facilities, extra bed/cot on request.
THE PLANTATION HOUSE(SUITE):09 Suerior rooms built in Creole House facing the beach and overlooking the panoramic view of praslin Island. Four rooms have two bedrooms & five rooms have one bedroom each.
CHALETS:A frame chalet style with attic room, bath and separate showe, bidet with patio, suitable for couples or family of three.

Facilities:
Swimming pool with swim-up bar, games room, water sports, 2 boutiques and diving centre, fishing and boat excursions. Restaurant, poolside cafe, lounge bar, lounge with satellite.

BOAT EXCURSIONS
The hotel provides half day boat excursion and snorkeling trip to neighboring Islands and around La Digue and also a sunset cruise twice a week.
snorkelling equipment is not provided.
* TICKET ENTRANCE L'UNION ESTATE
All hotel guests are entitled to free of charge entrance fee to the L'Union estate.

Remarks:
Rates are based on garden chalet rooms. Rates for beach chalet, Petit Village & Yellow House (singles & doubles only) and Plantation house rooms (suites) are available on request

Rates are also based on half board basis including government taxes.

MINIMUM STAY
3 Nights NOTE:A surcharge of 10% for stay less than 3 nights.

HONEYMOONER - Decorated room with flowers and a fruit platter in room upon arrival.

CHILDREN POLICY
Children sharing with 2 adults:
* Children below 2 yrs: Free of charge
* Children above 2 yrs and 12 yrs: Extra child will be charged.
* Children below 2 yrs and above: Extra adult rates applies.
* Children aged 2 yrs to 12 yrs occupying room with a single adult - full adult rate will be charged.
* Children occupying own room: Full adult rate will be charged.

CANCELLATION POLICY
* 07 Days prior to arrival : 3 Nights on MAP
* Early departure or "No Show" Full amount of stay will be charged.

Rates are subject to revision without prior notice for any major reason (e.g devaluation of the local currency, increase in prices/taxes affecting the tourism industry etc)
