Location:
The complex is sea facing with an adjoining beach. It is close to the airport, seaport, city center (Stone Town), shopping and government offices.

Accommodation:
It has 55 standard rooms, 13 ocean view chalets and 2 suites. Four poster beds with mosquito nets, individual air conditioning, ceiling fans, satellite TV, writing and dressing facilitates, attached bathroom with modern facilities, individual balcony with mvule and coconut wood furniture and in room refrigerator and hair dresser.

Facilities:
It has one of the largest and finest swimming pools overlooking the Indian Ocean. A well equipped fitness center, flood lit tennis courts, table tennis and darts. Safety deposit boxes and smoke detector system.

2 large and spacious restaurants overlooking the pool, lawns and the Indian ocean. One is spice restaurant and the other is the baobab.

2 bars - Discovery and Aqua . Additional facilities: mini super market, bureau de change and local and international calling point.

Conference facilities:
A fully air conditioned Karibu hall, which can seat 180 and ccomplete e with modern facilities.
