"The operator was thoroughly professional and helpful in every way with our pre-trip planning and the tour experience itself. Mwanaid was very easy to work with and showed a great facility with kids once we were in Tanzania. Huruma and Anton, our drivers and safari guides, were also great with the kids, and we felt very safe in the vehicles with them. Our guides during the mountain climb were patient, jovial, and clearly interested in our welfare. We had a small hitch with one part of our plan, but given that we were a group of 11 (including school-age kids) and that we had to change our schedule a month before the trip, it was impressive that everything else was flawless. Indeed, each time we needed to clarify something, the staff were quick to address the issue, even coming to the hotel to sort things out. We are grateful to the entire staff for their assistance and expertise in coordinating our trip, and we can recommend them to anyone else who would like to arrange a holiday to Tanzania."
"Just a few thoughts about our recent safari tour. Despite the initial pricing problem, I must say that the whole tour was very enjoyable, although not cheap. Very good and professional was the tour planning and the perfect logistics with dedicated personal involvement of Mwanaid. The transit hotels in Nairobi and Arusha were good and met the expected standard. The 'Kigongori Mobile Camp' was good, and all of us enjoyed the stay. This was also due to the pleasant camp crew and their personal touch. This includes our driver, John, who proved to be very experienced in finding the animals. The category 'luxury camp' is probably a bit on the high side, but we enjoyed it very much. 'Katavi Palahala' camp was definitely more on the luxury side. Management and staff were pleasant, and together with the good driver, made our stay a success. In both camps, we had the privilege to be more or less the only guests, so all the attention was directed to us. Lupita Island Resort was a memory of colonial luxury days – beautiful, different, and enjoyable. The resort management was professional, and the accommodation was something to remember. I also like to mention the well-organized air services and their experienced pilots. The good variety of food and drinks in all camps was plenty and tasty. All in all, a safari tour to remember, especially all those people who made it a success. Our special thanks go to Mwanaid."

"Our safari was all that we could have hoped for and more, and the operator fulfilled everything they promised for our tour according to the trip plan we devised with them through email communications ahead. We felt very well taken care of the entire 10 days we were out on safari, and their careful planning was evident in how smoothly and effortlessly the safari unfolded. As for our guide, we feel incredibly fortunate to have had Huruma as our guide. He made sure that each day’s game drive was planned to give us the most time to see the animals and landscapes at their best. He also took time to discuss what options we had so that some spontaneity could be included if that was our preference. Not only is he extremely experienced and knowledgeable about the wildlife and the park habitats, but he has keen eyes for spotting animals and a keen sense of the subtle behavioral cues that indicate impending activity on the plains. Should we be fortunate enough to visit Tanzania again, we would happily use them again, and we highly recommend this company to others."
"We had a great time. All transport and accommodation were well organized, apart from the operator’s lodge on the first night. The Kilimanjaro trek was an amazing experience for both of us. It was well organized, and all our needs were met. The porters and guides were excellent. Benjamin and Christopher, the main guides, were brilliant and helped us reach the top. The food was good, and the campsites were of a good standard. Fabion was a nice guy but not experienced and got us lost a few times. Drivers need to take more initiative if animals are not being seen – they should know where to go! A full-day game drive to the sand river in Masai Mara or Serengeti would have been better than too many morning and evening drives. However, Martin was excellent and experienced and took us further out. We were always well looked after, especially when we became ill. We highly recommend this company for future trips. "Southern Circuit: This eleven-day tour was most successful. The program was altered to suit us, as arranged before booking. We traveled as a couple with a driver-guide and a guide who was also the cook. We appreciated the African dishes he made. The parks were amazing, and the animals were most interesting. The roads were very rough, but the driving was handled with great care. The camping was mixed, but all accommodations were adequate. One night spent on a campsite where we were the only occupants was particularly memorable."

"What a fantastic deal! I had a chef and a driver and a big 4x4 just for me! The parks visited were teeming with wildlife, and the driver, Fredy, was attentive and very competent. He was amazing and could spot game from phenomenal distances. Camping on the Serengeti was one of the most amazing experiences of my life. The facilities in the camping grounds are okay, the toilets suffer
