DAY 1: Arusha – Lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast in Arusha, head to Lake Manyara National Park. The drive passes through Mto Wa Mbu village, a vibrant market town perfect for souvenir shopping and cultural interaction.

Once inside Lake Manyara, explore a diverse landscape known for its tree-climbing lions, large herds of elephants, and colorful birdlife, including flocks of flamingos and the iconic lilac-breasted roller.

DAY 2: Lake Manyara – Serengeti National Park (Ndutu Region)

Begin with an early breakfast before traveling toward the Ndutu region in the southern Serengeti/Ngorongoro Conservation Area, where the calving season takes place. Along the way, pass through Ngorongoro’s misty rainforests, where you might spot baboons, buffalo, or even elephants.
