Your 5-day Tanzania safari from Zanzibar begins with your flight from Zanzibar to Arusha.

After arrival in Arusha, meet your safari guide and continue to Tarangire National Park, one of Northern Tanzania's most scenic wildlife destinations.

Tarangire is particularly known for its large elephant herds, ancient baobab trees and diverse wildlife. During your game drive, you may encounter elephants, lions, giraffes and other wildlife across the park's varied landscapes.

Enjoy a picnic lunch during your safari before continuing your game drive. Later, drive to your accommodation in the Tarangire area for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, leave Tarangire and travel towards the legendary Serengeti National Park, passing through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

The early morning is a special time in the Serengeti, when predators can be active and wildlife moves through the cool morning light.

After breakfast, continue with a full-day game drive across the Serengeti, exploring areas where wildlife is concentrated and following the movement of animals along the migration routes.

Depending on the season and location, you may encounter lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, antelopes and other wildlife.

Spend another night surrounded by the unique wilderness of the Serengeti.

After breakfast, continue towards the Ngorongoro Crater, one of Tanzania's most spectacular wildlife destinations.

The crater's dramatic landscape provides a rich habitat for a wide variety of wildlife. Descend into the crater for a game drive and search for elephants, lions, buffaloes, hippos, grazing herds and other species.

The area is also known for opportunities to encounter the black rhino, although wildlife sightings can never be guaranteed.
