This three-day tour gives you a close look at Victoria Falls from the Zimbabwe side. The falls are 108 metres high and 1,708 metres wide, and they have been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1989. You walk the path close to the spray with an experienced guide, then take a sunset cruise on the Zambezi River, where hippos, crocodiles, elephants and many birds may be seen. The tour suits travellers with limited time and also works well as an add-on to a longer trip. It can be extended to include Botswana, Zambia or South Africa.

Itinerary
Day 1 — Arrival at Victoria Falls
On arrival at Victoria Falls Airport you are transferred to the Victoria Falls Hotel, where you check in and rest. In the late afternoon you are collected for a sunset cruise on the Mighty Zambezi River. You may see hippos, crocodiles and elephants, and many bird species, though sightings can’t be guaranteed.
Day 2 — Guided Tour of Victoria Falls and Evening Dinner Show
After breakfast you explore the falls up close and on foot with an experienced guide. You feel the spray, walk the path close to the falls and enjoy wide views. At 7:00 pm you are collected for a traditional evening with a four-course meal. It includes starters, soup from the campfire, a braai (barbecue) buffet and a selection of desserts, along with drumming, dance and storytelling. You overnight at the hotel.
Day 3 — Departure from Victoria Falls
After breakfast you check out, or rest if your flight is later in the day. You are transferred to Victoria Falls Airport for your flight home. The flight is not included.

Best Time to Go
This tour can be taken all year round. In general, the water flow over Victoria Falls is highest from about March to May, when the mist and spray are at their most dramatic. The flow is lower from about September to December, and the falls can look quieter then. Our team can advise on the best dates for your trip.
