"The operator was thoroughly professional and helpful in every way with our pre-trip planning and the tour experience itself. Mwanaid was very easy to work with and showed a great facility with kids once we were in Tanzania. Huruma and Anton, our drivers and safari guides, were also great with the kids, and we felt very safe in the vehicles with them. Our guides during the mountain climb were patient, jovial, and clearly interested in our welfare. We had a small hitch with one part of our plan, but given that we were a group of 11 (including school-age kids) and that we had to change our schedule a month before the trip, it was impressive that everything else was flawless. Indeed, each time we needed to clarify something, the staff were quick to address the issue, even coming to the hotel to sort things out. We are grateful to the entire staff for their assistance and expertise in coordinating our trip, and we can recommend them to anyone else who would like to arrange a holiday to Tanzania."

"Our safari was great. The operator was very helpful during the planning process and accommodated our requests, such as changing the beginning city of the tour and adding side trips. Most importantly, the company provided us with a wonderful guide, Huruma, whose English was great, and whose knowledge of the area and animals was vast. He made the whole trip a fantastic experience. My cousin, who lives in Tanzania, was very impressed with Huruma. If I were going again, I would ask specifically for him. Many thanks to this safari operator. I would do it again with them in a heartbeat."

"We decided to organize our journey to Africa via this operator. We did the order via the internet, and because this was our first time traveling to Africa, we were a little curious. We started with some questions to the company, and during the planning, we exchanged a lot of emails. The company was serious, knowledgeable, and offered a good price. They gave us relevant information about everything we asked. We experienced that the company had very good guides who were professional and well-informed. The Kilimanjaro trip and the safari were both well-organized. Everything was planned to our best. We were especially impressed by the food during the Kilimanjaro trip, considering the conditions. None of us became ill. We have no problem recommending this tour operator to others.

"I would be delighted to offer a short review of our holiday experience. From meeting us at the airport to our departure a fortnight later, Penel, from the tour company, Anton, our safari guide, and Meckson, our Kilimanjaro guide, were kindness itself. Nothing was too much trouble, and everything ran like clockwork, even when we altered our plans! The holiday was well organized, from planning our journey up Mt. Kilimanjaro, through to which safari parks to visit and which hotels to stay at – all within our price range, I may add. The whole holiday was a total delight, with, of course, the friendliness of the Tanzanian people and the beauty of the country all adding to the experience. I can’t recommend this operator highly enough and will certainly return to them when we plan our next holiday (funds permitting). "We had a well-organized journey to Mt. Kilimanjaro with this company. Before the trip, they gave us all the information we needed to prepare for a successful climb. They also arranged a shuttle from Nairobi Airport to Arusha, where the journey began (though the shuttle was full of people in very hot circumstances). The next morning, we started the climb. We took six days to reach Uhuru Peak and descend back to the gate. The guide was okay – not very talkative but polite and knowledgeable. The food was good, considering the conditions. After the climb, we did a four-day safari through Ngorongoro, Lake Manyara, Tarangire, and Arusha National Parks. We saw the Big Nine, except the leopard. The guide had good knowledge of the animals, and the chef cooked excellent meals. The lodge near Arusha was comfortable, and the staff were kind. The only disappointment was the high fee for arranging flights to Zanzibar. Overall, a very nice journey, and I recommend this company."
