"Being with a smaller operator was great because we were in a vehicle by ourselves. Our guide, Antoine, and our cook, Abou, were excellent. Antoine was very knowledgeable and experienced about the different game parks we traveled to. Abou is an excellent cook and very personable. The food was tasty, healthy, and hearty – we were never hungry. The sales department was the low point. Our sales rep was not timely with all the information we needed to prepare for the trip. For instance, I didn’t know the safari started in Arusha until after several discussions about the itinerary. Had I known, I would have booked tickets to Kilimanjaro instead of Dar Es Salaam. "The operator was thoroughly professional and helpful in every way with our pre-trip planning and the tour experience itself. Mwanaid was very easy to work with and showed a great facility with kids once we were in Tanzania. Huruma and Anton, our drivers and safari guides, were also great with the kids, and we felt very safe in the vehicles with them. Our guides during the mountain climb were patient, jovial, and clearly interested in our welfare. We had a small hitch with one part of our plan, but given that we were a group of 11 (including school-age kids) and that we had to change our schedule a month before the trip, it was impressive that everything else was flawless. Indeed, each time we needed to clarify something, the staff were quick to address the issue, even coming to the hotel to sort things out. We are grateful to the entire staff for their assistance and expertise in coordinating our trip, and we can recommend them to anyone else who would like to arrange a holiday to Tanzania."

"We were lucky enough to travel for two weeks to Tanzania with this company. The staff were amazing – everyone from the director to the driver was friendly, helpful, and extremely efficient. The team worked with us to achieve our needs and desires, and the Southern tour was exactly what we wanted. We visited Selous Game Reserve, Kilwa Seaside, and Mikindani Bay. The accommodations were excellent, and we felt safe despite initial concerns about paying a deposit to an unknown company. We highly recommend this company for a trustworthy and rewarding experience."

"We spent a week traveling with this tour company – three and a half days on safari in the Northern Circuit of Tanzania and three days exploring Zanzibar. They arranged the entire safari and accommodation in Zanzibar on our behalf, custom-made to our itinerary, at a cut-rate price. We couldn’t find a better package deal anywhere, and the services they offered were superb. The safari guide was knowledgeable and skillful, and we had our own private jeep. The accommodation exceeded expectations, and the pre-arranged transfers at the airports proved to be reliable. A brilliant service for a brilliant price. Highly recommended!"

"We decided to organize our journey to Africa via this operator. We did the order via the internet, and because this was our first time traveling to Africa, we were a little curious. We started with some questions to the company, and during the planning, we exchanged a lot of emails. The company was serious, knowledgeable, and offered a good price. They gave us relevant information about everything we asked. We experienced that the company had very good guides who were professional and well-informed. The Kilimanjaro trip and the safari were both well-organized. Everything was planned to our best. We were especially impressed by the food during the Kilimanjaro trip, considering the conditions. None of us became ill. We have no problem recommending this tour operator to others.

From meeting us at the airport to our departure a fortnight later, Penel, from the tour company, Anton, our safari guide, and Meckson, our Kilimanjaro guide, were kindness itself. Nothing was too much trouble, and everything ran like clockwork, even when we altered our plans! The holiday was well organized, from planning our journey up Mt. Kilimanjaro, through to which safari parks to visit and which hotels to stay at – all within our price range, I may add. The whole holiday was a total delight, with, of course, the friendliness of the Tanzanian people and the beauty of the country all adding to the experience. "Southern Circuit: This eleven-day tour was most successful. The program was altered to suit us, as arranged before booking. We traveled as a couple with a driver-guide and a guide who was also the cook. We appreciated the African dishes he made. The parks were amazing, and the animals were most interesting. The roads were very rough, but the driving was handled with great care. The camping was mixed, but all accommodations were adequate. One night spent on a campsite where we were the only occupants was particularly memorable."

"The amount we saw and experienced in the six days of this camping tour was really amazing. We went to National Parks with differing vegetation and animals, and the climate varied from tropical to sub-arctic. Campsites were mostly fine, with one exception in the Serengeti – the very popular Pimbi camp, which had over 70 people, two long-drop toilets, and no water supply. We moved to Tumbili camp, which was a vast improvement. The tour staff taught us two rousing Tanzanian songs. Thank you!"
