"Our safari was great. The operator was very helpful during the planning process and accommodated our requests, such as changing the beginning city of the tour and adding side trips. Most importantly, the company provided us with a wonderful guide, Huruma, whose English was great, and whose knowledge of the area and animals was vast. He made the whole trip a fantastic experience. "We decided to organize our journey to Africa via this operator. We did the order via the internet, and because this was our first time traveling to Africa, we were a little curious. We started with some questions to the company, and during the planning, we exchanged a lot of emails. The company was serious, knowledgeable, and offered a good price. They gave us relevant information about everything we asked. We experienced that the company had very good guides who were professional and well-informed. The Kilimanjaro trip and the safari were both well-organized. Everything was planned to our best. We were especially impressed by the food during the Kilimanjaro trip, considering the conditions. "We spent a week traveling with this tour company – three and a half days on safari in the Northern Circuit of Tanzania and three days exploring Zanzibar. They arranged the entire safari and accommodation in Zanzibar on our behalf, custom-made to our itinerary, at a cut-rate price. We couldn’t find a better package deal anywhere, and the services they offered were superb. The safari guide was knowledgeable and skillful, and we had our own private jeep. "The amount we saw and experienced in the six days of this camping tour was really amazing. We went to National Parks with differing vegetation and animals, and the climate varied from tropical to sub-arctic. Campsites were mostly fine, with one exception in the Serengeti – the very popular Pimbi camp, which had over 70 people, two long-drop toilets, and no water supply. We moved to Tumbili camp, which was a vast improvement. The tour staff taught us two rousing Tanzanian songs. Thank you!"
"We had a great time. All transport and accommodation were well organized, apart from the operator’s lodge on the first night. The Kilimanjaro trek was an amazing experience for both of us. It was well organized, and all our needs were met. The porters and guides were excellent. Benjamin and Christopher, the main guides, were brilliant and helped us reach the top. The food was good, and the campsites were of a good standard. Fabion was a nice guy but not experienced and got us lost a few times. Drivers need to take more initiative if animals are not being seen – they should know where to go! A full-day game drive to the sand river in Masai Mara or Serengeti would have been better than too many morning and evening drives. However, Martin was excellent and experienced and took us further out. We were always well looked after, especially when we became ill. We highly recommend this company for future trips. "Just a few thoughts about our recent safari tour. Despite the initial pricing problem, I must say that the whole tour was very enjoyable, although not cheap. Very good and professional was the tour planning and the perfect logistics with dedicated personal involvement of Mwanaid. The transit hotels in Nairobi and Arusha were good and met the expected standard. The 'Kigongori Mobile Camp' was good, and all of us enjoyed the stay. This was also due to the pleasant camp crew and their personal touch. This includes our driver, John, who proved to be very experienced in finding the animals. The category 'luxury camp' is probably a bit on the high side, but we enjoyed it very much. 'Katavi Palahala' camp was definitely more on the luxury side. Management and staff were pleasant, and together with the good driver, made our stay a success. In both camps, we had the privilege to be more or less the only guests, so all the attention was directed to us. Lupita Island Resort was a memory of colonial luxury days – beautiful, different, and enjoyable. The resort management was professional, and the accommodation was something to remember. I also like to mention the well-organized air services and their experienced pilots. The good variety of food and drinks in all camps was plenty and tasty. All in all, a safari tour to remember, especially all those people who made it a success. Our special thanks go to Mwanaid."

I loved that Wonders of Creation Tours & Safarissent us a notebook full of useful information about our trip, along with a book of the animals of Tanzania, to get us excited about our journey. I felt like we were informed about what to pack and what we needed document-wise, and I felt that the staff at Deeper Africa were available to help us in anyway.The guides and accommodations were outstanding! Our tents were comfortable with beautiful furnishings and linens, comfortable beds, and gorgeous bathrooms. Each tent had a front porch, providing a lovely place to view the terrain and wildlife and to have morning coffee. The animals were amazing, as were the people of Tanzania who worked at the camps! Our guides were extremely knowledgeable, bright, and entertaining! Trip of a lifetime.
