"I would be delighted to offer a short review of our holiday experience. From meeting us at the airport to our departure a fortnight later, Penel, from the tour company, Anton, our safari guide, and Meckson, our Kilimanjaro guide, were kindness itself. Nothing was too much trouble, and everything ran like clockwork, even when we altered our plans! The holiday was well organized, from planning our journey up Mt. Kilimanjaro, through to which safari parks to visit and which hotels to stay at – all within our price range, I may add. The whole holiday was a total delight, with, of course, the friendliness of the Tanzanian people and the beauty of the country all adding to the experience. I can’t recommend this operator highly enough and will certainly return to them when we plan our next holiday (funds permitting). We spent a week traveling with this tour company—three and a half days on safari in the Northern Circuit of Tanzania and three days exploring Zanzibar. They arranged the entire safari and accommodation in Zanzibar on our behalf, custom-made to our itinerary, at a cut-rate price. We couldn’t find a better package deal anywhere, and the services they offered were superb. The safari guide was knowledgeable and skilled, and we had our own private jeep. The accommodation exceeded expectations, and the pre-arranged transfers at the airports proved to be reliable. A brilliant service for a brilliant price. Highly recommended!

"Being with a smaller operator was great because we were in a vehicle by ourselves. Our guide, Antoine, and our cook, Abou, were excellent. Antoine was very knowledgeable and experienced about the different game parks we traveled to. Abou is an excellent cook and very personable. The food was tasty, healthy, and hearty – we were never hungry. The sales department was the low point. Our sales rep was not timely with all the information we needed to prepare for the trip. For instance, I didn’t know the safari started in Arusha until after several discussions about the itinerary. Had I known, I would have booked tickets to Kilimanjaro instead of Dar Es Salaam. "The operator was thoroughly professional and helpful in every way with our pre-trip planning and the tour experience itself. Mwanaid was very easy to work with and showed a great facility with kids once we were in Tanzania. Huruma and Anton, our drivers and safari guides, were also great with the kids, and we felt very safe in the vehicles with them. Our guides during the mountain climb were patient, jovial, and clearly interested in our welfare. We had a small hitch with one part of our plan, but given that we were a group of 11 (including school-age kids) and that we had to change our schedule a month before the trip, it was impressive that everything else was flawless. Indeed, each time we needed to clarify something, the staff were quick to address the issue, even coming to the hotel to sort things out. We are grateful to the entire staff for their assistance and expertise in coordinating our trip, and we can recommend them to anyone else who would like to arrange a holiday to Tanzania."

"Our 4-day camping safari was excellent. Traveling to and from the reserve consumed two of the days, but the other two days were a marvel. Sleeping in a tent was balanced out with excellent meals cooked by Hamad. I appreciated the detail and care with which the operator arranged the safari."

"We had a great time. All transport and accommodation were well organized, apart from the operator’s lodge on the first night. The Kilimanjaro trek was an amazing experience for both of us. It was well organized, and all our needs were met. The porters and guides were excellent. Benjamin and Christopher, the main guides, were brilliant and helped us reach the top. The food was good, and the campsites were of a good standard. Fabion was a nice guy but not experienced and got us lost a few times. Drivers need to take more initiative if animals are not being seen – they should know where to go! A full-day game drive to the sand river in Masai Mara or Serengeti would have been better than too many morning and evening drives. However, Martin was excellent and experienced and took us further out. We were always well looked after, especially when we became ill. We highly recommend this company for future trips. "Our safari was, no doubt, a fantastic experience. Having the opportunity to watch wildlife up close was something I personally longed for, and I wasn’t disappointed. Our guide, Anicete, proved to be very knowledgeable and a nice guy who taught us a lot about nature. The camping safari gave us the chance to see some action at night too, like a couple of hyenas and jackals fighting for a carcass just five meters away from our tent. The cook, Reuben, was also great – he even cooked a Spanish tortilla for us after we gave him the recipe! My only advice to future travelers is to make sure they know exactly what they are buying from the operator. There were a few misunderstandings on our trip, but fortunately, they were friendly enough to solve it all very easily."

"What a fantastic deal! I had a chef and a driver and a big 4x4 just for me! The parks visited were teeming with wildlife, and the driver, Fredy, was attentive and very competent. He was amazing and could spot game from phenomenal distances. Camping on the Serengeti was one of the most amazing experiences of my life. The facilities in the camping grounds are okay, the toilets suffer
