The safari was fantastic – the best holiday I’ve ever experienced. Our guide was informative and taught Swahili along the way. The food at camps was delicious. 

"Being with a smaller operator was great because we were in a vehicle by ourselves. Our guide, Antoine, and our cook, Abou, were excellent. Antoine was very knowledgeable and experienced about the different game parks we traveled to. Abou is an excellent cook and very personable. The food was tasty, healthy, and hearty – we were never hungry. The sales department was the low point. Our sales rep was not timely with all the information we needed to prepare for the trip. For instance, I didn’t know the safari started in Arusha until after several discussions about the itinerary. Had I known, I would have booked tickets to Kilimanjaro instead of Dar Es Salaam. "From picking us up at a different airport to getting our lost baggage up to us after we had already started climbing, the tour operator really saved the day. The customer service was incredible throughout the trip, and we were able to create a very customized itinerary for our limited timeframe. As someone who only goes on one vacation per year, I can promise that you won’t regret choosing them."

"I would be delighted to offer a short review of our holiday experience. From meeting us at the airport to our departure a fortnight later, Penel, from the tour company, Anton, our safari guide, and Meckson, our Kilimanjaro guide, were kindness itself. Nothing was too much trouble, and everything ran like clockwork, even when we altered our plans! The holiday was well organized, from planning our journey up Mt. Kilimanjaro, through to which safari parks to visit and which hotels to stay at – all within our price range, I may add. The whole holiday was a total delight, with, of course, the friendliness of the Tanzanian people and the beauty of the country all adding to the experience. I can’t recommend this operator highly enough and will certainly return to them when we plan our next holiday (funds permitting). Aniceth, the guide, had remarkable knowledge of the plants, animals, and local peoples and customs, and was very forthcoming in providing information to make our trip more interesting. He also gave us options to vary the safari itinerary as we went to improve our chances of seeing aspects of interest to us. Overall, an excellent safari, thanks to the guide and cook."

"My friend and I were very pleased with the arrangements for our trip to Zanzibar. The tickets were available at the airport in Dar es Salaam as promised, and transportation was waiting to take us to the Dhow Palace on arrival. The Dhow Palace was every bit as colorful and full of character as its pictures, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We went on the Spice Plantation and Prison Island tours and found the guides to be punctual, pleasant, and knowledgeable, and we never felt rushed while touring. Overall, it was a great time in a truly lovely place!"

"Our 4-day camping safari was excellent. Traveling to and from the reserve consumed two of the days, but the other two days were a marvel. Sleeping in a tent was balanced out with excellent meals cooked by Hamad. I appreciated the detail and care with which the operator arranged the safari."

"Our safari was, no doubt, a fantastic experience. Having the opportunity to watch wildlife up close was something I personally longed for, and I wasn’t disappointed. Our guide, Anicete, proved to be very knowledgeable and a nice guy who taught us a lot about nature. The camping safari gave us the chance to see some action at night too, like a couple of hyenas and jackals fighting for a carcass just five meters away from our tent. The cook, Reuben, was also great – he even cooked a Spanish tortilla for us after we gave him the recipe! My only advice to future travelers is to make sure they know exactly what they are buying from the operator. There were a few misunderstandings on our trip, but fortunately, they were friendly enough to solve it all very easily."
